She was attentive and excited and we really trusted her to make sure our day flowed smoothly. Our wedding was not just one day - but THREE days of events, including a new years eve party, a family luncheon, the wedding itself, a reception and a brunch. Natalie was on the ball with every single action item and made sure that we were on schedule with each thing. The wedding went flawlessly due to Natalie's supreme ability to organize and manage people. Not a single thing went wrong, and I seriously didn't worry about any of it - because I had her.

She was there to cater to my vision, my dream - not to impose her own. She knew when to step up and take charge so that I could relax and enjoy the most important day of my life thus far. And boy did I! I wish I could do it all again - including the planning. It was so much fun - and her gentleness helped me to tone down the bridezilla. My husband and I could not have been happier with the services provided by Natalie. We hired her to be a week of coordinator, but she was actually a 2.5 week of coordinator as she worked with us and getting our vendors in-line well before the final week of the wedding. This was no easy feat as the person in charge of our reception site was very difficult to deal with - Natalie took complete control so we didn't have to deal with that extra stress.

Natalie and her team had a very short window to prepare our reception site (which would have been in the middle of our pictures and ceremony) - rather than bother us with this on our wedding day she made sure to get everything from us for the reception site a couple days in advance. When we got to the reception site we were thrilled with how it looked and the whole evening went off without a hitch! Natalie Sofer is a breath of ease and patience. We hired her for our wedding "day-of" coordination and I'm so glad we did! Our venue had new, untrained staff attending to our special day which clearly added yet, another level of stress to the day. Natalie knew how to work and manage the venue's staff so that every decoration and detail got set up and followed wonderfully. And, when there were problems, she resolved them quickly.

One of the simple, but stand out moments of "Whew!" that I experienced was when we were taking all of the family photographs and Natalie had already given our photographers a whole list of images to capture before the ceremony, during the ceremony and after! With all the prep for the day, I just never got around to doing it. With Natalie, it was handled without me even needing to say anything.  —  Mishawn
