With the overturn of PROP 8, the California Supreme Court opened the door for same-sex marriages to resume in California. As we believe everyone has the right to marry whomever they love, we are obviously a big advocate for same-sex marriage.

On November 10, 2013, Frontiers Magazine celebrated this decision with the "Gay and Lesbian Wedding Expo". Natalie was thrilled to be asked to be one of the panelists and spoke on the dos and don'ts of wedding planning.

Planning any wedding can be an overwhelming experience let alone a lesbian, gay or transgender union. Natalie Sofer Weddings & Events is sensitive to what goes into this planning process and listens to both individuals and what they respectively want for their wedding. We organized our first transgender wedding in 2012 at IL Cielo and look forward to many more, whether it be a simple union or a fabulous, extravagant affair.
